time for you to send recommendations to the property manager agents. Don’t put all your eggs in one basket,especially in a hot marketplace. Ideally you have to send at least 2-3 recommendations. This enables you to make the landlords compete for your tenancy,but also gives you backups in case one area gets leased to a new tenant.
If you’re leasing commercial area by yourself then you’ll have to set up the recommendations. Or else if working with a commercial tenant rep then they’re going to set up them on your behalf.
